Wow, it has flown by. We had a really nice summer in Maine: Picnics, Tri for the Cure, NEH, a half marathon, Doug Dirt, Cali, Jackson, Chaset’s wedding, Owen’s wedding, Nina Day, King of the Mountain up Caddy, Sage+Cure Event, 7 year anniversary!!! More to come with pictures and speeches.
We enjoyed a last minute overnight to Richmond Island, a really a special island. 4th July was a lot of fun. We made 3 trips to the ER which kept us on our toes. Happy 4th of July!!!
We have had a great start to summer. We took Cody to London for the first time ever. We had a an amazing time – riding the double decker buses, shopping, walking all over London, etc.. We went to MDI with Liz’s class of residents for a reunion – really fun but very rainy. Thanks to Heady Topper. We also went to my Bowdoin reunion. Cody fell in love with Bowdoin. Junger and I took care of the kids my birthday weekend. One word to describe the weekend – Smooth.
Jewel Island in early May was incredible. Our first camping trip of the year. I think most people at the boat yard were totally confused on why we would be camping in early may on an island. It turns out it was spectacular night – not too cold, no bugs. The little’s last weekend in May – We will miss them. Notice: Junger never leaves the ground.
I flew all the way down to the Bahamas from Maine. It was a big adventure. One of the highlights was flying non stop from West Palm Beach back to Chester County which is 900 nautical miles in 4hours and 40minutes. I only burned 75 gallons of fuel – pretty good. There was a Carnival which was Heaven for the kids. It was nice to be with family and get some sun.
This has been an incredible month. Sage is starting to walk which truly feels like a miracle and Cody is skiing. We went to Sunday River this weekend which was really fun. It was really nice to spend the weekend with just the Family. Liz has been an amazing mother: showing great patience and teaching the kids many lessons.
Great trip of skiing in the Alps. Feb 23. We skied some amazing shots, slept in a cabin that had no heat, and scared ourselves a couple of times. We stayed in the village below Verbier. Every day was blue skies. Great trip!!!
We made up for lost time this winter. We have tried to take the kids skiing almost every weekend. Cody is a powder panda. she has learned the pizza pie and french fry. A little telluride, big sky, sunday river, and shawnee. I was able to get out to BC for some great snow and stable conditions. Sage is taking a couple steps on his own. It has been a fun winter with lots of activities. 
November started with a little Halloween aftermath and ended with an amazing thanksgiving in Richmond VT. We skied, biked, hiked, and ran a 10K over Thanksgiving. November was filled with lots of travel including a family reunion adventure, LA with Dougie and Julie/Breeders cup and Flight Safety in Orlando, and a great run at Pinelands with kids – Wow. We also celebrated Cody’s Birthday Party at Greenlight which was fun. Overall a fun November and a lot to be thankful for. The picture above is the new Airbus 380 flying over – cool.
